? A második Lengyelországi állomásunk az INPRO volt Rzeszówban. Az INPRO egyik fő mottója: "Kisközösségben élni", ahol rengeteg lehetőséget kínálnak a fiatalok számára, rengeteg programmal és lehetőséggel, mindezt pedig az informális oktatás által teszik lehetővé. Így sokkal több érdeklődőt is elérnek, valamint mindenki szeretne tartozni valahova, ők pedig ezt meg tudják adni nekik.
A második Rzeszów-i napunk nagy izgalmakat tartogatott, ugyanis a délelőttben megismerhettük a szervezetet, jó gyakorlataikat először az ESC önkéntesek majd egy munkatársuk Lilit oldaláról is. Hallhattunk több eseménysorozatukról is, többek között a Monday Stories-ról valamint az Open Café-ról is, amit a délutánban saját szemünkkel is láthattunk.
A Monday Stories lényege, hogy kis csoportos beszélgetések keretében különböző kúltúrákat és munkákat ismerhettek meg a helyiek.
Az Open Café eseménysorozat által pedig rengeteg témát dolgoztak fel kreatív módon az önkéntesek. Rengeteg történet hallhattunk, valamint meginterjúvoltuk a résztvevőket is, hogy számukra melyek voltak a kedvencek az elmúlt évből. Elhangzott többek között a szabadulószoba tervezős esemény is, de korábbi kedvec alkalmak nevei voltak például: "Oscars" (színdarabokat kellett eljátszaniuk, majd a végén Oscart kaptak érte), és "Art of dating" (a résztvevők egymással "randevúztak" miközben különböző témákat dolgoztak fel).
Mi ezen ESC önkéntesek utolsó szervezett Open Café-ján vehettünk részt, melynek témája a jövő volt. A résztvevők két csoportos feladat során írhattak össze ötleteket először az új önkénteseknek Rzeszów-i programlehetőségeket, majd pedig Open Café programötleteket. Elképesztő volt látni, hogy mindenki mennyire felszabadult és örömteli, valamint mindenki meg meri osztani a véleményét, érzéseit. Egy hatalmas közösség alakult ki itt, ahova mindig csatlakoznak új arcok, és mindenki megtalálja a saját maga társaságát.
A "Nyugat" és "Kelet" jó gyakorlatai Z generáció szemével nevű projektünk az Európai értékek nyomában pályázatnak és a Kárpátok Alapítványnak köszönhetően valósul meg.
?Our second stop in Poland was INPRO in Rzeszów. One of INPRO's main mottos is "Living in a small community," where they offer countless opportunities for young people, with various programs and possibilities, all made possible through informal education. This way, they reach a much wider audience, and since everyone wants to belong somewhere, they can provide that sense of belonging.
Our second day in Rzeszów was filled with excitement. In the morning, we got to know the organization and its best practices, first from the perspective of ESC volunteers, and then from one of their staff members, Lilit. We also heard about several of their event series, including "Monday Stories" and "Open Café," which we had the chance to see for ourselves in the afternoon.
The essence of "Monday Stories" is that through small group discussions, locals can learn about different cultures and professions. The "Open Café" event series, on the other hand, covers a wide range of topics creatively, driven by the volunteers. We heard many stories and interviewed the participants about their favorite events from the past year. Among the events mentioned was an escape room design event, but other past favorites included: "Oscars" (where participants had to perform plays and were awarded an Oscar at the end) and "Art of Dating" (where participants "dated" each other while discussing various topics).
We had the opportunity to participate in the last organized Open Café of these ESC volunteers, with the theme of the future. During two group tasks, participants could brainstorm ideas—first for new volunteers regarding program opportunities in Rzeszów, and then for Open Café program ideas. It was amazing to see how liberated and joyful everyone was, and how freely they shared their opinions and feelings. A huge community has formed here, with new faces always joining, and everyone finding their own circle of friends.
